Summer in Southend

A rainy July Saturday at the seaside in the 'Essex Riviera', South East England. Day trippers and holiday makers are determined to get the most from their day despite the grey, cold and rain.

Shot on my HV20 mostly handheld, converting from 50i in After Effects to get 50fps slow motion. Graded in Magic Bullet Looks.

London Nightimelapse

Shot with different exposures and varying periods of time in between frames. It's very addictive and I don't know how I haven't got ill from standing outdoors in the freezing cold for so long! Really looking forward to making more timelapse films.

Shot on Panasonic GH1 with the stock lens mainly and also Canon FD 50mm f/1.2 with an intervalometer. FCP and MB Looks.

Craft Cube: Michael Eden & Wedgwoodn't Tureen

From pre-shot footage of the artist Michael Eden, I created an animated film to show in the Craft Cube to help explain the process.

'CraftCube: Collection presents a new way of experiencing contemporary craft by bringing the techniques, materials and environment behind crafted objects to life. The freestanding, 3×3 metre CraftCubes are complete, walk-in, experiential display environments containing objects and dynamic interpretation. They are compact, lightweight and are suitable for display in museums and galleries, libraries, higher education galleries, corporate environments or at events, conferences and festivals'

These are the two HD screens which are shown in the Craft Cube put together, one more literal and the second more abstract. CraftCube
